At ThePerfumeSampler, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us via email with your concerns. We are committed to facilitating a return for a refund, provided the product is unused, boxed, and sealed.

Return Guidelines:

• Returns must be initiated within 5 working days of delivery.
• Opened and used full bottles cannot be returned.
• Customer has to bare return shipping charges.
• Refund will be processed excluding the shipping charges.
• Restocking fees will be applied to the refund (5-20%)
